Main Responsibilities:
Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all VAS Network NEs and associated elements.
Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all VAS domain tickets assigned/handled.
Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
Implement planned activities in VAS network.
Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
New software release update and implementation for VAS domain network elements.
To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
Traffic monitoring on each VAS NE.
Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.
Key targets:
Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for VAS BO.
No man made incidents in VAS domain.
Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for VAS N/W.
No Major security non- compliances.
Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 2 years + experience in VAS domain with good Technical skills.
- Knowledge of service delivery processes.
- Good communication capabilities.
