Description du poste – TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Main Responsibilities:
Act as SPOC and recovery owner of Crisis Ticket, P1 Incidents and multiple Domain Outage.
Manage Network Risk using risk register and involve in Changes Approvals. Keep proper track of the identified risks and ensure early closure of single point of failures.
Manage Network CIP « Continuous Improvement Plan.“ Assess the performance of the network elements and update customer and the operations director regarding the capacity / expansion requirements.
Engage the SMEs in various domains to achieve the operational improvement goals.
Manage country special events, seasonal events etc. as per agreement with customer and with internal coordination.
Manage Release Management Activities.
Manage specific technical requirements from customer CTO.

Key targets:
Achieve MTTR target for critical incidents as per contract.
Expansion/capacity augmentation target achievement.
Timely identification and closure of single point of failures.
Achieve assigned targets on special events.
Achieve release management targets.
Customer feedback survey score above 90%.

 

Profil du poste 

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
8 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains.
Professional knowledge of service delivery processes.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
