Description du poste 

We seek to engage a productivity-oriented professional who will collaborate with the executive management team, to improve the loan repossession process in alignment to local and international collections regulations, taking into cognizance, underwriting policies, guidelines, rating manual, insurance regulations, auctioneer requirements, repossession strategies and partners’ requirements. responsible for managing repossession vendors within the country of operations, educating borrowers on loan terms applicable to repossession. Our Repossession Associate will be mandated with the task of effectively repossesing assets within the stipulated service level definitions. You will own, develop and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and progress reports to your direct line of reports.

 

 

Profil du poste 

  • Masters, BSc or High Diploma certification 
  • Extensive training in Credit Operations, Management and Administration and other business areas will be an edge.
  • Minimum 3 years of Credit Recovery Operations with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects and growing/scaling an unstructured business 
  • Experience working in a matrix, extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results oriented multi-country environment; and prioritization
