Main Responsibilities:
- H&S (Health & Safety) , Ensure all resources in the field follow the Environmental health and safety policies.
- Quality and environmental provisions
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure the proper maintenance of sites. Publish audit results and ensure corrective actions.
- Processes and associated sub-processes.
- Prepare and submit monthly quality report.
Keep proper track of the identified risks in field management and timely closure
Key targets:
- No EHS violation by vendor team members.
- Timely submission of audit reports.
- Timely submission of quality reports.
- Timely closure of identified risks in field management.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 4 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains.
- Knowledge on field maintenance processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
