Description du poste – Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall In charge of network performance management of all Regions in the country , end-to-end performance management responsibility.
- Ensure 24/7 Surveillance monitoring of network Performance parameters as close to real time as possible for Fault Management.
- Manage Configuration Management activities.
- Performance Management/ trigger alarms. This shall be through the provisions of individual OSS’s; MS provided systems as well as any third party Umbrella OSS that may be implemented in the Project.
- Coordinate with NOC/field teams/3rd party teams to achieve targeted network performance parameters.
- Interface to the country customer and handle customer complaints on network performance.
- Support for managing country special events, seasonal events etc.
Key targets:
- Network KPI target achievement as per contract.
- No Major security / EHS non- compliances by NPM team members.
- Customer feedback survey score above 90%.
- Attrition rate below 10% for NPM teams.
- Employ satisfaction feedback score above 90% for NPM teams.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 8 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains. 4+ years in NPM.
- Professional knowledge of network performance processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
