Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all IPBB Network NEs and associated elements.
  • Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all IPBB domain tickets assigned/handled.
  • Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
  • Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
  • Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
  • Implement planned activities in IPBB network.
  • Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
  • New software release update and implementation for IPBB domain network elements.
  • To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
  • Release and data management (such as back up)
  • Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.

 

Key targets:
Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for IPBB BO.
No man made incidents in IPBB domain.
Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for IPBB N/W.
No Major security non- compliances.
Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.

Profil du poste 

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
2 years + experience in IPBB domain with good Technical skills.
Knowledge of service delivery processes.
Good communication capabilities.
