Description du poste  – IN BO ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all IN Network NEs and associated elements.
• Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all IN domain tickets assigned/handled.
• Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
• Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
• Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
• Implement planned activities in IN network.
• Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
• New software release update and implementation for IN domain network elements.
• To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
• Traffic monitoring on each IN NE.
• Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.

Key targets:

• Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for IN BO.
• No man made incidents in IN domain.
• Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for IN N/W.
• No Major security non- compliances.
• Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.

Profil du poste 

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
• 2 years + experience in IN domain with good Technical skills.
• Knowledge of service delivery processes.
• Good communication capabilities.
