Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Business Partner HRBP
• Collaborate and act as key HR point of contact, partner and sounding board for the assigned client group leadership teams
• Pro-actively identify, define, implement and pro-actively align solutions that address the needs of the business
• Drive the People Agenda by applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation and communication.
• Plan and implement employee relationship/ learning and development/ C&B/ performance management/ organizational change etc. solutions in responsible business unit aligned to the business & company HR strategy and goals

Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 5+ years of HR experience, especially in HRBP role
• Solid HR functional knowledge
• Navigates effectively through a complex and/or matrix environment
• Good Communication and consultation skills
• Takes responsibility, drives results and achieves expected outcomes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Fluent in English is a must.
