Main Responsibilities:
- Over all responsible for the operations of BO core team. Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all Core Network NEs and associated elements.
- Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all core domain tickets.
- Should focus on the MTTR for all levels of faults in core domain.
- Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when L2 solve it, and do strong follow up until resolution.
- Make preventive maintenance plan and audit the result.
- To be involved/supervise all related / critical planned activities in core domain.
- New software release update and implementation for core domain network elements.
- Work Plan for core back office based on main goals and priorities defined by BO Manager.
- Attend/arrange meetings internally within core BO team or with the customer and is responsible to ensure service quality.
- Design and evaluate quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) for BO core team.
Key targets:
- Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for core BO.
- No Man made incidents in core domain.
- Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for core N/W.
- No Major security non- compliances by BO core.
- Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.
- Employ satisfaction feedback score above 90% for BO core team.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 5 years + experience in core domain with strong Technical skills.
- Professional knowledge of service delivery processes.
- Good leadership and communication capabilities.
