Channel Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for training operation and certification process of Channel Partners, follow up the development of Channel Partners’ Teams, capability improvement, and resources coordinations.
  2. Support the daily internal operation and coordination within the Channel Business Dept.
  3. Track and collect data on marketing and commerical expenses with Channel Partners.
  4. Follow up and collect data on the sales targets achievement of channel business and the progress of channel projects.
  5. Responsible for internal process compliance and risk control.


Work Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree with major in business management, administration, and communication is preferred.
  2. Be proficient in office software like Word, Excel, and PPT.
  3. Able to work under pressure. Be positive, optimistic, self-confident, tenacious and diligent.
  4. Focus on the details, and be result-oriented.
  5. Work experience in the Telecom or ICT industry is preferred.
  6. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory.
