Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall progress of the transformation project, monitoring & managing the transformation progress, and driving for the best achievement.
- Work out the project plan including process & tools maturity assessment, improvement suggestion, improvement execution, effect evaluation and reporting to management.
- Monitor the implementation of transformation commitments as per agreed target model.
- Customer satisfaction. Ensure transformation key milestones achievement and constantly seek to derive new insights into the customer experience.
- Ensure support for internal and external feedback.
- Organize governance meetings with the customer as per agreed governance structure.
- Support the Transformation Directors in various streams ( GNOCa + local affiliates ) to achieve the transformation goals.
Ensure risk management with effective mitigation measures
Key targets:
- Transformation milestones achievement as per agreed target model.
- Process & Tools maturity achievement for all affiliates.
- Maintain risk register and notify the risks on time
- Customer feedback survey score above 90%.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 8 years + experience in Telecom industry.
- Professional knowledge of Transition/Transformation management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
