Main Responsibilities:
- Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all VAS Network NEs and associated elements.
- Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all VAS domain tickets assigned/handled.
- Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
- Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
- Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
- Implement planned activities in VAS network.
- Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
- New software release update and implementation for VAS domain network elements.
- To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
- Traffic monitoring on each VAS NE.
- Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.
Key targets:
- Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for VAS BO.
- No man made incidents in VAS domain.
- Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for VAS N/W.
- No Major security non- compliances.
- Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 2 years + experience in VAS domain with good Technical skills.
- Knowledge of service delivery processes.
- Good communication capabilities.
