Description du poste – TX BO ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all TX Network NEs and associated elements.
• Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all TX domain tickets assigned/handled.
• Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
• Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
• Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
• Implement planned activities in TX network.
• Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
• New software release update and implementation for TX domain network elements.
• To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
• Release and data management (such as back up)
• Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.

Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for TX BO.
No man made incidents in TX domain.
Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for TX N/W.
No Major security non- compliances.
Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.
