Description du poste
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all RAN Network NEs and associated elements.
- Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all RAN domain tickets assigned/handled.
- Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
- Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
- Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
- Implement planned activities, like BSC Migrations, BTS Site Re-homing, Integration of new node integration in the network
- New software release update and implementation for RAN domain network elements.
- To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
- Configuration Management and implementation of the plan provided by planning team.
- Provide technical support to FLM engineers in case of hardware / software issues at site.
Key targets:
- Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for RAN BO.
- No man made incidents in RAN domain.
- Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for RAN N/W.
- No Major security non- compliances.
- Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 2 years + experience in RAN domain with good Technical skills.
- Knowledge of service delivery processes.
- Good communication capabilities.
