Procurement Manager

Description du poste 

1. Act as the Country Procurement Owner. Draft the country procurement stragety and supporting the engineering project delivery resource for the ongoing projects, align the procurement request with the project team in terms of planning, implementation, and delivery. Be responsible for the cost saving, efficiency improvement, and justice of bidding process.
2. Proactively manage procurement demand and risks, design and execute project procurement solutions, and take responsibility for the of procurement contracts.
3. Develop the procurement sub-plan (resource sourcing, supplier qualification, supplier selection, supplier negoiation, recoures and delivery ensure during delivery, etc.). Manage the implementation, identify procurement request changes, keep up with the project delivery request in a timely manner, and be responsible for the supplier performance of the project.
4. Be responsible for procuremnt request of engineering and logistics, assistng Procurement Director to handle the country procurement tasks, manage costs and risks, build healthly supplier relationships, audit management etc.

Profil du poste 

Native Ivorian below 35 years old

1. Good communication skills, abilitity to work under the pressure, strong team spirit;
2. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory (the working language in Huawei is English).
3. Willing to have business trips to surronding countries in West Africa region (Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Benin, Togo, Burknia Faso).
4. Diligent and hardworking, accept overtime work in necessary occissons.
5. Proactive work attitude, good problem-solving skill, and passion for growing and learning.
6. Concern of just and fairness for supplier bidding process.
7. Supplier delivery risk and audit management.
8. Experience in the Telecom and ICT industries is preferred.
