To manage the operations in such a manner that customer satisfaction and budgeted profit margins are achieved, following company’s policy and branding, thus ensuring continued growth. Directly reporting to the WAF Area Manager.
PROCEDURES
Work with management team to implement new or revise current procedures, and process in all operations.
Check on Administration and Working Procedures and ensure all are carried out as stated in the Company Manuals.
Analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth.
Responsible for the daily operations of the company and all its departments.
Ensure compliance with local, company and client policies and regulations.
Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence.
Recommend optimal production solutions and equipment needs.
Suggest and contribute of employment, deployment and training of staff.
Determines optimum staffing model for the departments under his responsibilities.
Actively participate on entertaining our customers at units by preparing activities and events.
Other duties as requested by the Area Manager.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Managers adhere to controlling procedures as outlined in company policy.
Follow the purchasing procedures strictly, including rules for way port purchasing.
Always act in the best interests of the company with regard to minimizing costs and maximizing revenue within the bounds of the operations contracts and maintaining good services levels.
PUBLIC HEALTH & HYGIENE
Ensure that all staff under his responsibility works according to the standards set in the Company and Statutory HSE Standards.
Profil du poste
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role and business area.
Bi-lingual in English/French and intermediated level of Spanish will be considerated.
Strong interpersonal and managment skills, attention to objectives.
Competent in handling sensitive and confidential information.
