Network Operations Manager


Description du poste 

  • E2E management of network operations.
  • Regular governance with local customer.
  • Responsible for contractual KPIs and SLA. Monitor and manage ongoing SLA performance & NUR achievement
  • Customer satisfaction. Analyze all aspects of performance and constantly seek to derive new insights into the customer experience.
  • Ensure risk management with effective mitigation measures.
  • Ensure disaster recovery plan are active and tested ready.
  • Be responsible for the people management of the SME team.
  • Ensure coordination between GNOC and the local team
  • Ensure the security compliance and improvement by assisting with security audit and review.

Key targets:

  • SLA and NUR achievement as per contract.
  • Monthly KPI sign off with customer ,no penalty.
  • Customer feedback survey score above 90%.

Profil du poste 


  • Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
  • 8 years + experience in service delivery management.
  • Professional knowledge of service delivery processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
