Job Responsibilities:

1. Respbonisble for MW Network Designing and MW network Planning and Supervise the implementation work.
2. Respobnilbe for Software Commissioning and Cut over for devices of microwave.
3. Strong technical knowledge both in microwave theory and microwave equipment RTN.
4. Provide technical supporting for microwave network devices to customer, include dealing with technical problem and fault, maintenance operation daily, and devices upgrading.
5. Understand well IP knowledge & Execute different levels of testing (commisong , integration, performance test KPI).
6. Provide support and documentation and follow Huawei internal flows and systems to support project delivery
7. Complete microwave installation, commissioning, and problem handling.
8. Perform simple maintenance through the NMS.
9. Complete new device integration and alarm clearance.
10. Assist subcontractors in handling delivery problems. For problems that cannot be solved remotely, go to sites to handle them.

Profil du poste 

Work Qualifications：

1. More than 3 years experience in Microwave products, RTN, network planning tools, troubleshooting.
2. Have a solid knowledge of communication technologies, and understand the concepts of spectrum and microwave.
3. Have experience in installing, commissioning, and maintaining microwave equipment from Huawei, Nokia, or Ericsson.
4. Strong capability of microwave maintenance and troubleshooting, able to identify issues root causes and solution mitigations.
5. Able to effietively communicate with customers about the technical solutions, project plans and progress.
6. Able to indentify and manage the technical prblems and issues, develop solutions and plans, track and close any technical risks.
7. Proficient Microsoft Office (word, excel and Power Point), and the basic IP skills.
8. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing capability.
9. Telecomunication-related majors, Bachelor’s degree or above.
