Description du poste – HR COORDINATOR ASSISTANT

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the RH Coordinator Assistant will implement HR and administrative procedures to ensure document traceability and compliance with the country’s collective bargaining agreement and labor laws. He/she supports the Office Manager in implementing the office’s HR and administrative strategy.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the HR Coordinator Assistant is responsible for:

Tasks

  1. Ensure implementation of HR procedures for internal office staff and host staff (IMS and LHS).
    • Contributes to and implements HR and Admin policies, procedures and tools
    • Initiates change management actions
  2. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining and labor law regulations within the office.
  • Manages the implementation of the internal regulations and takes action to ensure that the internal regulations are respected within the office.
  • Manages HR legal issues (in relation to the labor code, collective agreement, CNPS, etc.).
  • Prepares local contracts and encodes them in the applicable systems

 

  1. Manage staff administrative files
  • Ensures compliance of administrative files with labor code requirements
  • Maintains a database of the office’s permanent/temporary staff
  • Gère le suivi des présences, absences et congés – Manages attendance, absence and leave records

 

  1. Manage recruitment projects
  2. Manage skills development for LHS host and internal staff
  3. Coordinate hosting activities (staff relocated to Abidjan) – IMS: International and LHS: local staff
  4. Contribute to the development of Hosting and Mobility Support activities.

 

Profil du poste 

  • Education : Minimum BAC + 4/5 in human resources, law or administration
  • Knowledge of labor law, social legislation, administrative law and litigation procedures;
  • Comfortable using shared folders
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in managing recruitment assignments
  • Experience in managing files with the FDFP
  • Experience in payroll management
  • Experience in team management
  • Good command of French and English (oral/written)
  • Office suite skills
  • Experience with MSF or other ONG in developing countries or with multinationals desirable.
