Description du poste – FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Over all responsible for the FO operations. Ensure all TT are created on time , Ensure 24X7 monitoring all Telecom network service.
- Ensure FO team to escalate all the network problem according to SLA.
- Design and evaluate quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) for FO team members.
- Follow the critical network issues and update to GNOC OD.
- Process and procedure enforcement in FO.
- Ensure all the site access are under FO control and have reference number.
- Ensure proper shift plan on all days including holidays and festival.
- Alarm trend analysis and improvement actions.
- Assess the team training needs of FO team and facilitate Technical and process training sessions.
- FO daily, weekly, monthly report design and quality improvement.
- Ensure timely closure of quality and security audit findings.

Key targets:
- Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for FO.
- No alarm missing by FO team.
- Timely submission of all customer agreed reports.
- No Major security non- compliances by FO.
- Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.
- Attrition rate below 10% for FO team.
- Employ satisfaction feedback score above 90% for FO team.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 8 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains.
- Professional knowledge of service delivery processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
