FM Zone Manager

Description du poste 

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall In charge of FM operation of the Zone , Responsible for field SLA & KPI adherence.
• Responsible for the acceptance of all Vendor’s sites, including the site assets and documents according to related processes.
• Responsible for the disposal of TTs from NOC and resolution of the problems in time and feedback within agreed SLA.
• Responsible for the implementation of PM plan and Hardware check list, including main equipment, power, generator etc.
• Responsible for the routine management of assets, including site attendance management and timely report of asset change, loss and damage.
• Responsible for the spare applications, use record of spare parts and consumables.
• Responsible for the power consumption charge, maintenance of relationship with owner, and for keeping site environment tidy.
• Field maintenance delivery quality surveillance, control and improvement in the zone.

Key targets:

• Field related SLA/KPI achievement as per contract.
• No man made incidents in zone.
• Timely implementation of PM plan.
• No Major security / EHS non- compliances.
• Customer feedback survey score above 90%.

Profil du poste 

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
• 5 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains. 2+ years in field maintenance.
• Professional knowledge of field delivery processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
