Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring of WO ticket (CM, PLM) by Tracking and managing the WO life cycle. OLA of 10 mins between WO submitted and WO Acknowledged to be followed. Rules of 3 layers of WO Acknowledgement needs to be followed. (1st Engr/ 2nd Engr/ Area Manager).
Ensure FME Reach site within SLA time (max 30 mins) by continuous Coordination with FMEs, Tracking the Vehicle movements of FMEs.
Follow the escalation matrix to manage WO life- cycle. Complete the WO within SLA.
Ensure WO completed with proper RCA and data and inform FO Engr to close TT within 30 mins.
Be SPOC for the Sub Contractor.
Key targets:
Achieve OLA of 10 mins between WO submission and WO acknowledgement.
FME to reach site within 30 mins of acknowledgement.
Inform FO Engineer to close the TT after WO completion – within 30 mins.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 2 year + experience in any Telecom specific domains.
- Knowledge on field maintenance processes.
- Good communication capabilities.
