Description du poste – COLLECTION OFFICER
- Solving payment issues raised by customers
- Maintain repayment collections channels
- Maintaining customers records
- Maintaining customers relationship
- Manage debt recovery
- Manage vehicle recovery process with Carcare
- Maintain updated records of loan applications
- Monitor progress of existing loans
- Ability to follow up on disbursed loans and collect repayments with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow up with overdue and recover with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain proper records for the management
Profil du poste
▪B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Business Admin or related field.
▪Membership of CIIN is an added advantage.
| ▪ Minimum of 2years’ experience with 1 years in a similar or equivalent role in Experience in lending industry, most especially in lead generation, credit underwriting and collections management
▪ Extensive experience in design of credit policy ▪ Experience working in credit risk management |
