CHARGÉ RH BILINGUE
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting a BILINGUAL HR OFFICER for one of our clients who will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure payroll and compensation management;
- Oversee and regularly monitor personnel administration;
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations;
- Advise and assist company managers on human resources management matters;
- Implement HR monitoring and reporting tools;
- Provide regular HR reporting to the management;
- Ensure payroll compliance with tax and social obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years as an HR Assistant;
- Relevant experience in payroll management…
- Strong knowledge of labor law and associated collective agreements;
- Good knowledge of GPEC (Workforce Planning);
- Excellent writing, organizational, and multitasking skills;
- Ability to manage teams, support them, provide training, and enhance their skills ;
- High level of precision and attention to detail in work;
- Open-mindedness and team spirit;
- Organized and responsive.
