You will be responsible for overseeing purchase and sales operations across Europe, negotiating with foreign suppliers and international clients, and developing commercial strategies targeting a high-end clientele.

- Purchasing goods: negotiate and secure the best prices from suppliers.
- Sales and closing: close transactions with clients and partners.
- Negotiation management: overcome objections and persuade stakeholders.
- Opportunity analysis: identify the best purchase and resale options.
- Cost optimization: purchase at the best price and maximize profitability.
- Network development: establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Administrative and commercial follow-up: manage contracts, orders, and logistics.
- Contract requests: formalize and structure commercial agreements.
- Negotiate with sellers to obtain commissions.
- Submit commission invoices.

✔ Proven experience in purchasing and selling goods. ✔ Fluent in English (C2 minimum) AND/OR German – clear and fluent communication. ✔ Exceptional negotiator – knows how to close deals, overcome objections, and secure the best prices. ✔ Persistent and competitive – does not shy away from rejection, always seeks the best deal. ✔ Organized & meticulous – rigorous and precise in their work. ✔ Proactive – brings ideas and solutions. ✔ Strong character & resilient – not afraid of challenges and knows how to assert themselves. ✔ Experience in management. ✔ High-end customer service: experience with demanding clientele. ✔ Training and coaching skills: able to support, motivate, and improve the performance of their team. ✔ Organizational skills and attention to detail: managing objectives, performance tracking, and process optimization. ✔ Proficient in computer tools and CRM: comfortable with customer relationship management software and reporting. ✔ Availability and flexibility: able to adapt to job requirements and working hours. ✔ Salespeople will have many demands and refusals.
As the manager, you will need to overcome objections, secure commissions, and contracts without the seller being able to sell the product without your intervention.
