Customer Service Quality Control Operator (Remote) Côte d’Ivoire

We aim to make our products accessible in various regions, and to achieve this, we are expanding our call center team.

Position Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in call center sales.
• Experience in a quality control, supervisor, or team lead position.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience preparing and analyzing reports.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in evaluating conversations and providing feedback.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of French and local languages is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating call recordings of operators.
• Providing constructive feedback based on evaluation results.
• Preparing and analyzing reports on operator performance.
• Developing recommendations to improve the quality of work in the call center.
• Communicating with remote teams and sites.
