Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Outsourcing Staff (OS) management, specific tasks are as follows:
- Act as the Interface with subcontracting companies and Huawei CI.
- Monitor the Contract Status of Outsourcing Staff with subcontracting companies, and ensure there is no delay in the contract renewal.
- Participate in the performance management process, support the initial appraisal collection.
- Responsible for the staff attendance and payroll management by issuing PO. Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of PO issuing.
Support employee relationship activities. Work as the bridge between Management Team and Outsourcing Staff. Actively addressing demands, grievances, complaints and other issues.
Work Requirements
- Major in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related subjects with a Bachelor or above degree.
- 2 years work experiences minimum as HR Assistant or related work.
- Have knowledges in ivorian labor law of Cote d’Iovire.
- Fluent in both English and French is mandatory. The work language in Huawei is English.
- Be proactive, patient, service-oriented, good at communication, good team spirit.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
- Work diligently and proactively with a result-oriented mindset.
