Reports to: Sales Manager/Branch Manager

The Loan Sales Manager is responsible for promoting, evaluating, and processing loan applications. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, building relationships, and providing guidance to customers to help them understand loan products and make informed decisions. The Loan Sales Manager plays a key role in the growth of the organization by generating sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and sales:
Assist clients in completing loan applications, collecting all necessary documents.
Evaluate customers’ financial information to assess their creditworthiness and determine eligibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all customer interactions and loan processing.
Performance tracking and reporting:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and customer feedback.
Collaboration with internal teams:

Work closely with credit, operations and risk management teams to facilitate seamless loan approvals.
Coordinate with branch staff and support teams to manage customer requests and resolve issues.
