Description du poste 

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Huawei Tools installed locally and the IT systems.
• Manage and maintain the connectivity of the country toward GNOC and AUTIN in the Cloud.
• support the GNOC Team in recovery of the connectivity using VPN, Remote access ..etc.
• Support the GNOC Team in implementing a new UC.
• Support the GNOC Team in integration of new EMS to AUTIN/PM …etc.
• Keep proper track of the identified risks and ensure early closure of single point of failures.

Key targets:

• IT systems up time.
• Connectivity MTTR
• SLA achievement for new implementations / integrations.

Profil du poste 

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom/IT or relevant fields.
• 4 years + experience in any Telecom/IT specific domains.
• Knowledge on service delivery processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
