Description du poste  – Third party Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor Purchaser agreed SLAs with Towerco/Esco/3rd party on behalf of Purchaser.
Organize weekly meetings with Towerco/Esco/3rd party in order to agree on respective responsibilities for each incident.
Provide a weekly and monthly report on Towerco/Esco/3rd party performance as defined in WLA.
Escalate to MOOV for all issues not listed above.
Ensure adherence to EHS policies by all vendor resources in field.
Support the contract management team to prepare and implement appropriate contract terms.
Keep proper track of the identified risks in vendor management and timely closure.

Key targets:
Achieve contractual target output from all vendor teams.
Timely governance meeting as agreed with MoM and improvement tracker record.
No EHS violation by vendor team members.
Timely submission of vendor performance reports.
Timely closure of identified risks in vendor management.
Customer feedback survey score above 90%.

Profil du poste 

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s / Advanced degree in Telecom or relevant fields.
• 4 years + experience in any Telecom specific domains.
• Knowledge on field maintenance processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
