Description du poste – Field maintenance Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting of Telecom/Power/Air Condition Equipments
Interacting with 3rd party vendors
Taking actions on WO/TT
Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/RAN)
Manage spares, tools and equipments
Provisioning of O&M scheduled reports
Customer complaint handling and resolution
Installation, commissioning of equipments (BTS, Microwave, Repeaters etc.)
Support for Hardware and Software up-gradation
Key targets:
Field related SLA/KPI achievement as per contract.
Timely implementation of PM plan.
No Major security / EHS non- compliances.
Timely submission of scheduled reports.
Profil du poste
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
- 1 year + experience in field maintenance.
- Good knowledge of field delivery processes.
- Good communication capabilities.
- Excellent team player.
