NETWORK OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER 2G/3G/4G

Description du poste 

Main Responsibilities:
Be responsible to initially processing and filtering the data.
Generate and issue the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Analyze the data to confirm whether performance criteria is fulfilled.
Submit the application for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and network optimization if needed.
Follow up the issues for improving network performance.
Coordinate with NOC/field teams/3rd party teams to achieve targeted network performance parameters.
Support for managing country special events, seasonal events etc.

Profil du poste 

Position Requirement:
• 1–5-year experience in RF optimization on Ericsson equipment
• 2G3G4G, any of one or two technologies experience can be good for the position
• Must have hand on experience on Ericsson tools like ENM/Winfuel/MoShel
• Must know how to check the parameters, configuration, dump from Ericsson ENM
• Drive Test experience on any DT tool will be an advantage
